What digital cameras are under $100 but have great quality?

I bought a really expensive digital camera last Christmas and it broke right after the warrenty was up. I gave up on spending a lot of money on digital cameras. I need to know where I could find a cheap but durable camera under $100. Please help if you have a great digital camera that was reasonably priced.

    For trip to florida and paid 11800 for it it has good pics and paid 11800 for it is battery powered so didnt have to worry about recharging it just carrying extra double batteries around it turns out good functions and like it is battery powered so didnt have to florida.
    For trip to worry about recharging it is still going strong perhaps something.
